Churches

The chapel, a special place for prayer within the church, has been transformed by an exceptional stained glass project. This has been made possible by the generosity of the parishioners and the vision of Monsignor Terrence D'Souza. The remarkable wall of stained glass, 30-by-18 feet (10x6m) in size, shows traditional scenes of the life of Jesus in a contemporary colour palette. The wall includes recognition for all the different ministries of the Church, in appreciation for their effort and creativity that has made this church a monument to God and a landmark in Mississauga.

Behind the Tabernacle, the presence of the Holy Spirit, is represented by the rays of light created with gold leaf, mixed with gold and red pigment. This piece reflects the rays in three-dimensional form. Reminiscent of the miracles and the inspiration that are accomplished by the Holy Spirit.
